Enforcement Procedure
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it is dismissed, you disagree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if twenty business days have passed without a response. Claims can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
